Telephone reservations will be held for a maximum of 7 days, pending receipt of written confirmation and deposit of first nights charge (full payment in the case of 1 night bookings), with the balance payable on arrival.
Cancellation:
Making a reservation by telephone or in writing forms a legal contract. Should you be unable to take up any reservation it is essential that you inform us as soon as possible in order that we can attempt to re-let the room - should we be unable to do so, we reserve the right to charge for any unlet nights.
